In business disputes, it is often critical to preserve or restore a party’s legal rights while a case is being litigated through to trial by obtaining a court-ordered injunction. Protecting or restoring the status quo often creates the leverage necessary to achieve a settlement. We understand that injunctions often require urgent action and an all-hands-on-deck response from counsel.
