Employment Litigation

The end of an employment relationship can be a difficult experience for an employer and an employee. We represent both when employment disputes and have particular experience litigating complex claims involving senior employees, officers and directors of a corporation. We regularly litigate matters involving contractual severance provisions, bonuses restricted share units (RSUs) and options. We have particular expertise dealing with departing employees, including alleged breaches of employee non-competition, non-solicitation and confidentiality provisions.
