Emily Wuschnakowski

Emily joined Naymark Law in 2024 after completing her Articles as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. At the Court, Emily assisted judges of the Divisional Court, developing a broad knowledge in many areas of administrative and public law. Prior to this, Emily held legal and policy roles with the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General, the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, and the Ontario Ministry of Health.


Emily graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School (2023) in the top 5% of her class. While a student there, she interned at the Federal Court of Canada and held a number of research positions assisting faculty in the areas of constitutional law, immigration law, and legal technologies. She was also an active participant in the school and broader communities – publishing articles, presenting research at conferences, mentoring incoming students, and volunteering her time with the Community & Legal Aid Services Program.


Prior to attending law school, Emily completed an HBA in Political Science and Public Policy at the University of Toronto (2020) where she received a number of academic awards and scholarships, and was recognized as one of the top ten graduating students in the department.


Emily was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2024.
